A small studio. Senior only.
We hire senior generalists who have already built or marketed at least three businesses end-to-end. We don't hire account managers. If a role isn't listed, we're not actively hiring it.
One client at a time.
Most studios run a 30:70 split between admin and craft. Ours is closer to 10:90. Slack message volume is deliberately low.
Equity for senior hires.
Anyone running an engagement end-to-end gets meaningful equity. The cap table is small and the maths is real.
